- Monday through Friday, 9:00a - 5:00p. Position may also be required to participate in admin on-call rotation.
Manages personnel employment status, benefits, personnel files, and credentials.
Responsibilities
- Provides clerical support to Agency administrative and field staff.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and medical supplies.
- Manages the application and hiring process of new employees. Prepares candidates for orientation and training.
- Maintains personnel files in accordance with all applicable state, federal, policy, and accreditation requirements.
- Responsible for tracking expiring credentials and other ongoing compliance requirements, such as completion of in-services for all employees.
- Manages benefits of all employees where applicable.
- Performs job in compliance with agency policies, procedures, and standards, including client/employee confidentiality.
- Communicates necessary information to Agency administrative staff to ensure coordination of Agency services and activities.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Maintains schedule for services requested and provided to Agency clients.
- Continually recruits qualified field staff to meet the needs of the Agency using various recruitment platforms and methodologies.
- Maintains record of key performance indicators such as recruitment activity and conversion-to-hire rates.
- Conducts phone and in-person interviews with candidates for hire.
- In absence of Payroll & Billing Specialists, verifies and reconciles completed shifts for billing and payroll purposes.
- High school diploma.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred, but training is offered.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute and familiarity with basic computer programs.
